Cancellations

We only charge a cancellation fee if we were unable to rebook the time slot.

If you didn’t cost us anything, we don’t charge you anything.

Seems fair to us.

Cancellations with 2-24 hours notice may be charged 50% of the reservation cost.
Cancellations with less than 2 hours notice may be charged 80% of the reservation cost.
Cancellations with no notice (no shows) may be charged 100% of the reservation cost.

Reservation requests are processed ASAP noon-midnight 7 days a week
